More on Gilmore Girls

Many of the co-stars, or guest stars, from Gilmore Girls have gone on to other television shows, or Broadway. I think that the producers, writers, or what-have-yous have done a neat job of paying tribute to the budding actors or actresses departure.

In Season Two, episode nine (Run Away, Little Boy), bad boy Tristan Dugray (Chad Micheal Murray) left the show to become a constant on the show Dawson's Creek, play Charlie Todd. Dawson's Creek took place in North Carolina (or so I've been told, I've never seen the show to be honest, I read about this.), and Tristan's character supposedly left for a boarding school in North Carolina.

In Season Three Lane's boyfriend, Dave Rygalski (Adam Brody) leaves the show because he got the role of Seth Cohen on the OC (again, a show I have never seen), and in the show they explain his disappearance as going away to college in California.

And now, saving the best for last, (I would also like to point out that this correlates with my blog title) Adam Wylie's character, Brad Langford, was introduced in Season's one and two, however, there was a gap in between his appearances. In Season three, when he returns, a teacher says that Brad was returning from a Broadway show, Into the Woods. In real life, Adam left the show to perform Into the Woods.
